About Frameout

Frameout is the registered business name of Arafat Tehsin, an Australian sole trader, ABN 95 276 908 542, based in New South Wales

Products, prices and orders

Frameout offers the curated photographs, frame sizes and prices shown on the site. Prices are in Australian dollars. Frameout is not currently registered for GST, so GST is not charged. Online orders are limited to five frames in total

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and Frameout sends an order confirmation. If Frameout cannot fulfil an order, the customer will be contacted and the affected amount refunded

Production and presentation

Frames are printed and assembled to order. The current production window is 5–7 business days before delivery. Colours and proportions are represented as accurately as reasonably possible, but screens can display colour differently from a finished print

Delivery

Delivery is available to supported Greater Sydney postcodes for a flat $20 per order. Eligibility is checked from the submitted suburb and postcode, and the delivery fee is shown in the final total before payment. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a phone number that can be used to coordinate delivery

Payment and cancellations

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Frameout does not receive or store a customer's full card number. A cancellation or order change may be requested by emailing orders@frameout.com.au before production begins. Because each frame is made to order, a request cannot be guaranteed once production has started

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The returns and damage policy explains how to report a problem
